Weekend Events: March 23rd Edition
Happy Thursday, Eastie! I hope everyone enjoyed their (snowless) snow day! We’ve rounded up the new weekend events so check them out below!
The next Namastay Sober community class will run from 5:15-6:15pm tonight at The Point EB.
The next MPU meeting is at 5:30pm at the library.
Friends of the East Boston Greenway’s monthly meeting is at 6:30pm.
The next Women Creating Recycled Art workshop is Friday, March 22nd from 9-11:30am. This will meet again next Wednesday morning.
The YMCA is hosting an art activity for kids at the library from 3:30-4:30pm.
The Harborkeepers’ shoreline clean-ups start back up this Saturday, March 24th. They will run every Saturday morning from 10-11am at a different waterfront spot each week.
The next $5 community class at The Point EB is from 12-1pm.
The library hosts a Yu-Gi-Oh club for teens every Saturday from 1-4pm.
Maverick Marketplace Cafe is hosting a fundraising brunch on Sunday, March 25th, from 9am-2pm. Proceeds will go to saving Piers Park Sailing Center.
Gove Street Citizen’s Association's monthly meeting will be on Monday, March 26th, from 6:30-8:30pm.
The next prenatal yoga series class is on Tuesday, March 27th, at The Point EB. This will run from 7:15-8:15pm each week.
The next Wednesday night Zumba class at the Marty Pino Gym will run from 6:30-7:30pm on Wednesday, March 28th.
The next (rescheduled) JPNA P+Z meeting is at 7pm at the JPYC.
EHCA’s monthly meeting is at 7pm at the high school.
Next Thursday, March 29th, the next Namastay Sober community class will run from 5:15-6:15pm at The Point EB.
There is a community meeting regarding 153 Liverpool Street at 6:30pm at the EBSC.
