JOIN US FOR A 4 WEEK SERIES TO JUMP

START YOUR YOGA PRACTICE AND GET FLOWING!

Master the basics, explore breathwork, and begin or continue your yogic journey. Together we will break down the asanas (postures), the prana (life force energy), and distinguish our own personal practices. We will identify healthy alignment, break down a traditional vinyasa flow, work with our growing edges to learn about pose modifications and enhancements, and build a solid fundamental foundation on which we can continue to grow our practice upon.
