Starting on Tuesday March 6th

Our prenatal yoga class is a six-week series of specially designed classesg that will support you through your pregnancy journey, physically, mentally, and spiritually. We explore pregnancy-specific yoga sequences and postures, while providing options for modifications and variations that will help you find more comfort as your baby grows and your body changes. The physical practice will enable you to stay fit and active while helping to ease symptoms of pregnancy and prepare your body for delivery. We practice various breathing and relaxation techniques to help you stay calm and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
